Changes in CAC Criteria (compared to the '99'-'00 version)

There have been a number of changes in the CAC Criteria. Most of these changes have to do with making the requirements concerning objectives, outcomes, and assessments more like their counterparts in the EAC Criteria.

Since we have to meet both sets of criteria, the net change, as far as we are concerned, are the ones listed in the changes in EAC Criteria. Therefore, the details of the differences between the current CAC Criteria and those of '99-'00 will not be listed.

A note of minor interest: CAC has not adopted the definitions of the terms "objectives" and "outcomes" used by EAC, leaving these terms to be defined by the programs. This doesn't, of course, have any effect on us.
