When you get a chance please spend a few minutes reading this report. Very 
nicely done and look at the key learning that he has articulated so well - 
the need to manage at an arms length, value of immediate & specific 
feedback (straight talk),  and learning from other teams' mistakes.   His 
team is one of the best teams I have ever had @ OSU and needless to say 
their sponsor (a researcher at OSU Medical center) pleased beyond 
expectations!
