Fosler Eric Fosler is a Professor. His area is AI. He recently worked with technical people from the Columbus-area IBM office to develop a Watson-system-based capstone project course. The course is offered regularly now and is quite popular with students; often, adjunct faculty from IBM teach the course. Eric has also been involved with the Undergrad Comm. including in assessment activities.
Green Michael Green is a Lecturer and teaches Systems I and Systems II. He also teaches CSE 2501, our ethics/profesionalism course; he is well suited for that course, given his background in Law.
Heym Wayne Heym is a Senior Lecturer. He mostly teaches CSE 2231 (Software II) and CSE 3341 (Principles of prog. langs.). Wayne participates regularly in the deliberations of the Undergrad Comm., including in our assessment activities. Wayne's professional interests include developing effective approaches to computing education.
Kneisly Dave Kneisly is part of the College of Engineering's Technology Services group. He is assigned to the CSE Department and serves as manager for the computing staff assigned to the department.

Nandi Arnab Nandi is an Associate Prof. in the department. His area is databases and related areas. He is very involved with student activities and was instrumental in organizing our very successful Hackathons which are now annual events attracting a large participation from across the country.
Ramasamy Ramasamy is an adjunct Senior Lecturer with long experience in local IT companies. He frequently teaches CSE 5911, our most popular capstone projects course. He also serves as the coordinator for the capstone projects, a role in which he is very effective because of his ties to senior people in the local IT industry which allow him to attract a range of interesting projects. (Rajiv Ramnath, Clinical Full Professor, is the coordinator for all capstone courses; Rajiv is away at NSF this year.)
Ramasamy is also involved in our assessment activities, in particular assessments related to the capstone courses.
Sivilotti Paul Sivilotti is an Associate Prof. in the department. His area is, broadly, Software Engineering. He is key to the junior project courses, especially CSE 3901, the web-apps junior project course which is extremely popular. He also recently developed CSE 3903, another junior project course, based on system-level programs (such as assemblers, loaders, etc.) Paul is a key member of the Undergrad Comm. and participates actively in the assessment activities. He is also chair of our Curriculum Comm. and works closely with Neelam to coordinate between the two committees.
Stewart Chris Stewart is an Associate Prof. in the department. His area is architecture, systems, IoT, and the like. He serves as the advisor for underrepresented groups in the dept. and is involved in activities related to women and students from other underrepresented groups. He is also involved in our assessment activities.

He also coordinates with the Math Dept. to ensure that Math 3345 (Foundations of Higher Math) which our students are required to take works appropriately for our majors. Ken is a long-time member of the Curriculum Comm.; in fact, he was the chair of the committee until a couple of years ago. Ken often works one-on-one with students, not only helping them with course-related questions but also advising them on career and curricular matters.
Wenger Rafe Wenger is an Associate Prof. in the department and is also Associate Chair. He is involved with the foundations courses. As Associate Chair, he is responsible for assigning faculty to teach courses, and supervising lecturers and senior lecturers. Rafe is a member of the Undergrad Comm. and the Curriculum Comm.; this allows him to be aware of the implications, to our course offerings, of any decisions made by these committees.
