General Registration Information

    * There are two types of registration available -- regular registration and reduced-rate student registration.

    * For each type of registration, there are two rates. The advance registration fee is applied if you register by the early registration deadline of May 12, 2009. The late/on-site registration fee is applied if you register after the early registration deadline.

NOTE:  At least one author of each accepted paper must register using the regular registration rate to ensure that the paper is included in the conference or workshop proceedings. A student registration does not satisfy this requirement.  For authors with multiple papers in ICDCS 2009 or ICDCS 2009 workshops, each paper must be accompanied with a separate full registration. This registration must be received by the special author-registration deadline of March 25, 2009 for the main conference and April 8, 2009 for the workshops. If a registration is not received by this date, the corresponding paper will not be included in the conference/workshop proceedings.

    * Payment of a registration fee covers the cost to attend both the main conference and the workshop sessions, breakfasts, coffee breaks, conference reception and banquet. In addition, each registrant will receive a copy of both the conference and workshop CD-ROM proceedings.

    * Authors of the main conference papers are allowed up to eight pages for a paper that will appear in the conference proceedings. Authors of workshop papers are allowed up to eight pages for a paper in the workshop proceedings (unless otherwise indicated by workshop chair).  Up to two additional pages may be purchased at a rate of USD$250 per page. Invitation Letters

After you have registered, please contact the Registration Chair, Professor Dongyu Qiu at if you need an invitation letter for conference participation. We can only provide such a letter once your registration fee has been paid in full. The letter will be provided to you by the Registration Chair.

Cancellation Policy

All requests for refunds must be received prior to May 21, 2009. No refunds will be allowed after this date. There will be a $100 service charge for all refunds. Please send a cancellation request to the Registration Chair, Professor Dongyu Qiu at
